Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

Following receipt of your order confirmation email, all orders are handled within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A second notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipments can be a few days late if there is a high volume of orders. Please give the delivery process more time. We will email you if there is a significant delay in your order’s shipment.

 

Once your order has been delivered, a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you (s).

 

You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel it. Please be aware that requests for cancellation made after 24 hours may be denied or subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Return Policy

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

We’ll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions if your return is approved. Items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.
